A stronger foundation for what comes next.
Your applications should support growth without making everyday operations harder. We help you plan, migrate, and manage cloud environments around your workloads, security needs, and budget.

The starting point
When servers, applications, and access rules have grown separately, even a small change can become difficult. We start by understanding what you run today, what needs to stay available, and which constraints matter before recommending a cloud approach.
What we can shape together
These areas guide the conversation. Deliverables, integrations, licenses, and responsibilities are defined in a proposal specific to your project.
Assessment & roadmap
Review workloads, dependencies, availability requirements, and current costs. Define what to move, modernize, or retain.
Cloud setup & migration
Plan environments, networking, identity, and migration steps with testing and a rollback approach.
Protection & recovery
Define access controls, backup policies, recovery priorities, and monitoring appropriate to the workload.
Operations & cost visibility
Establish ownership, alerts, resource organization, and a review routine to keep the environment understandable.
Designed for everyday business
Keep operations in view
Connect technical decisions to the applications and teams that depend on them.
Plan for recovery
Make backup and recovery expectations explicit before an incident occurs.
Understand ongoing spend
Identify cost drivers and right-size resources against actual needs.
SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA on AWS or Azure
Solution scenario: modernize an on-premises SAP ECC landscape by planning a move to SAP S/4HANA on a selected cloud platform. Combine infrastructure readiness with a conversion strategy, a Fiori user experience, and SAP BTP integrations or extensions where they add value.

An organization relies on SAP ECC for critical business processes. It needs a roadmap that addresses application dependencies, custom code, data quality, operational continuity, and the target cloud environment together.
Assess the existing landscape and choose an appropriate conversion, new implementation, or selective transition approach. Design the target on supported infrastructure, rehearse migration, validate business processes, and agree a cutover and recovery plan with the relevant SAP and business teams.
A supported, operable ERP foundation with clear ownership, validated processes, and a path for further improvements. Availability, downtime, cost, and performance targets are established during assessment rather than assumed.
A migration journey, not just a server move.
The ERP transition and the cloud move are related workstreams. Their sequence depends on the source system, target edition, migration tools, and business constraints.
Assess & choose the path
Inventory systems, interfaces, add-ons, and custom code. Review readiness and simplification impacts, data quality, business requirements, and licensing with the relevant specialists.
Prepare the cloud foundation
Choose AWS or Azure. Define supported infrastructure, sizing, identity, networking, access, backup, high availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
Convert, migrate & rehearse
Plan technical conversion or data migration for the selected approach. Test the process in a non-production environment, resolve issues, and validate data and end-to-end business scenarios.
Cut over & stabilize
Agree a cutover window, go/no-go criteria, fallback steps, user preparation, and operational ownership. Monitor the transition and prioritize stabilization before further changes.
Each technology has a specific role.
SAP S/4HANA
The target ERP, running on SAP HANA. Edition, hosting model, and operating responsibilities must be selected explicitly.
SAP Fiori
Role-based access to business applications and tasks. Relevant apps, authorizations, launchpad configuration, and adoption need planning.
SAP BTP
Optional integration and extension services. BTP complements the ERP; it is not a substitute for the S/4HANA system or its database.
This is a solution scenario, not a published client migration case study. Functional SAP, Basis, security, data, and cloud responsibilities are confirmed during scoping; licenses and specialist delivery roles are not presumed included.
A clear path to a useful first release
We start with the need, then define a practical first release, acceptance criteria, and what comes next.
- Discover
Understand your goals, users, tools, and constraints.
- Define
Agree on priorities, scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Build & evolve
Validate the work with your team and plan the next improvements.
Common questions
Do we need to move everything to the cloud?
No. Assessment may recommend a phased migration, a hybrid approach, or retaining workloads where they make sense.
Can you work with our current provider?
Yes. We can review an existing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environment before proposing changes.
Is SAP BTP required for every S/4HANA migration?
No. BTP is considered when a defined integration or extension need justifies it. Cloud hosting, ERP conversion, Fiori, and BTP each have their own scope and prerequisites.
